You've arrived in a Russian town with no money and a simple car to your name. With nothing else to do, you decide to take the car on a drive and explore the city, ignoring all rules and safety. There's not much going on in this city, so you must create the necessary excitement. You can cause enough chaos to make a name for yourself, and while it may not be positive, it will make it so that the city never forgets you. The defining feature of a GTA game is freedom with the option to do different missions and activities if that's what you want. This game doesn't use that model but leaves you to your own devices. You can drive around whatever vehicles you find or explore the city on foot. Other people are around but are not interested in you unless you make them curious.
